Liz loves all things wellness!
Liz Roche is an experienced clinical massage therapist, Pilates instructor, functional health coach, and certified hypnotherapist. She works with a variety of populations including youth athletes, professional and recreational athletes, and people suffering from chronic pain. She is mesmerized by the mind/body connection and has pursued continuing education on bioindividuality, immunophysiology, brain health, and longevity. Liz is always looking for the right services and biohacks to enhance nervous system functionality.
Liz is in the constant pursuit of education. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics and furthered her business education with more accounting classes post-graduation. She is a graduate of the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition program, a rigorous health coaching program designed to integrate unique lab test results into individualized wellness solutions. She is a student-at-large at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute where she is earning a 720-hour certified Hypnotherapist designation.
Liz coaches girls' flag football and hangs out with her family in her free time!

I specialize in deep‑pressure work and incorporate clinical modalities such as cupping and scraping to support tissue mobility and recovery. My sessions are tailored to each client’s goals, emphasizing precision, body awareness, and long‑term results."
