I'm an experienced clinical massage therapist, Pilates instructor, functional health coach, and certified hypnotherapist. I work with a variety of populations including youth athletes, professional and recreational athletes, and people suffering from chronic pain. I am MEZMERIZED and enamored by the mind/body connection and have pursued continuing education on bioindividuality, immunophysiology, brain health, and longevity. I am always looking for the right services and biohacks that enhance nervous system functionality. I will help you integrate all systems of the body, including lymphatic, vestibular, and immune systems.
