Cancellation Policy
Centered Wellness Late & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: June 3, 2025 Thank you for choosing Centered Wellness. We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure fairness to all clients and our team, we have established the following cancellation and late policy: 1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require a minimum of one full business day notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. Example - if appt is Monday at 12pm, cancellation must be prior to Friday at 12pm. Cancellations should be made through the booking confirmation/reminder email or via call/text to our main office: 773-234-7821. DO NOT TEXT OR EMAIL LIZ REGARDING A CANCELLATION or BOOKING. Cancellations made with less than one full business day notice will be charged the full session fee. 2. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next appointment starts on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, it may be considered a no-show, and the full-service fee will be charged. 3. No-Show Policy: A "no-show" is defined as failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice. Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full-service fee. 4. Payment & Enforcement: Cancellation and no-show fees will be invoiced immediately. Payment is due before scheduling or participating in another appointment. Continued violations of this policy may result in restrictions on future bookings. By scheduling an appointment with Centered Wellness, you agree to this policy.
