Cancellation Policy

Centered Wellness Late & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: March 3, 2025 Thank you for choosing Centered Wellness. We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure fairness to all clients and our team, we have established the following cancellation and late policy: 1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 22 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with at least 22 hours' notice will not be subject to a cancellation fee. 2. Emergencies & Illness We understand that emergencies and illnesses happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency or illness, please notify us as soon as possible. No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to verified emergencies or sickness. 3. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next appointment starts on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, it may be considered a no-show, and the full-service fee will be charged. 4. No-Show Policy: A "no-show" is defined as failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice. Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full-service fee. 5. Payment & Enforcement: Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file or will be due before scheduling another appointment. Continued violations of this policy may result in restrictions on future bookings. By scheduling an appointment with Centered Wellness, you agree to this policy.
